Keeping at abeyance the sealing of illegal mobile phone towers in the city, the Delhi High Court on Monday ordered the central government and the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) to form a panel and file a report by Sep 15 on regulation of towers.
The Delhi High Court is likely to decide Monday the fate of mobile towers in the capital, which are under threat of sealing by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) for operating without licence.
The Delhi High Court on Thursday stayed the sealing of illegal mobile towers in Delhi and asked the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) and the Cellular Operators Association to resolve the issue amicably.
